Experiencing God – Week 4 Focus

Choong Man Kim has personally walked through the Experiencing God study and will be introducing Week 4, centered on the truth:

“God pursues a love relationship with each of us that is real and personal.”

This week invites us to move beyond knowing about God and into a lived, relational love with Him—one that transforms how we listen, obey, and follow.

Scripture Focus:

Matthew 22:37–38 (ESV)
“And he said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment.’

John 14:21 (ESV)
“Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.”

These passages remind us that love for God is not abstract—it is personal, obedient, and deeply relational.

A Christmas Season of Hope: Messiah · Immanuel · Hosanna

This December, we invite you to slow down, look up, and rediscover the beauty of the Christmas story through our three-week series at Hope Chapel North Shore:
Messiah. Immanuel. Hosanna.

Christmas is more than a season—it's a reminder that God steps into human history with promise, presence, and salvation. Each week focuses on one powerful name of Jesus and how it brings hope into our lives today.

WEEK 1 — MESSIAH: The Promised Savior

God keeps His promises.
From the prophets of old to the manger in Bethlehem, the arrival of Jesus fulfills the longing of generations. This week, as we look with “Eyes of Faith,” we remember that God is faithful, and His plans always come to completion.

WEEK 2 — IMMANUEL: God With Us

God draws near.
Even in uncertainty, Jesus enters our world with compassion, comfort, and presence. Immanuel reminds us that we are not alone—God is with us in every moment.

WEEK 3 — HOSANNA: Lord, Save Us

Our Savior King has come—and will come again.
“Hosanna” is both a cry for rescue and a declaration of praise. As we celebrate Christ’s first coming, we lift our eyes to His promise to make all things new.

You’re Invited — Bring a Friend!

Join us every Saturday at 9am at Haiku Bible Church (1121 Kokomo Rd) as we celebrate the hope of Jesus together.
This is a beautiful opportunity to bring someone who needs encouragement, community, or a fresh connection with God.

Let’s Celebrate the Savior Together

Whether you’re new to the area, returning to church, or simply needing hope this season, we’d be honored to worship with you.
